Q: How do I place an order?
A: Choose your favorite method:  Call it in at 800-328-9203;    fax it in at 706-295-4114; email it at info@jchinternational.com; or mail it to: JCH International , 978 Hermitage Road NE, Rome  GA  30161

Q: How do I know how much shipping charges will be?
A: We're happy to figure shipping charges for you in advance.  You will need to tell us where (city, state, zip) it will be shipping to AND if it is a Residential or Business address. Along with quantity, size, and product name. 

Q: What if I want a mat in a size that is not listed?
A: Many of our mats show the option to have Custom Cut Lengths - which means that if you want a 3'x7'6" mat, we can make that for you.  This option is available on any product that has "Custom Cut Lengths Available" shown under the "Size" heading of the product.

Q: Can I have my order drop-shipped to a different location?
A: Yes.  We can ship to any destination you request.

Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?
A: There is no minimum order.  However, a handling fee is added to orders under $100.00 -- with the exception of Matrix Series Mats orders (Grip Rock, Grip Rock-Freezer, Super G, & Brite Trac).

Q: How long before my order ships?
A: If the product is in stock it will ship immediately.  Otherwise, expect 10 days.  Special orders, depending on the product, may take up to 10 weeks. 

Q: Are the colors shown on your website the exact color I should expect when I receive my mat?
A: In short - No.  Because monitors and computer equipment vary there may be slight variances in the color.  If color choice is critical, we suggest getting a sample.  Also, there may be slight shade variances due to manufacturing processes and dye lots.  This is an industry-standard acceptable variance.

Q: Do you have a printed catalog or flyers?
A: Yes, we have a catalog and flyers.  However, the catalog and flyers only feature the more popular matting options.  This website reflects the many more options available from JCH International.

Q: I want a logo mat, what do you need to know?
A: It is easiest if you send or email the logo details to us.  Then tell us: 1- size of mat; 2- type of mat; 3- flock printed or custom inlay; 4- direction of mat (see logo category for graphic); 5- number of colors wanted; 6- quantity of mats desired.  Also, always include contact information so we can contact you to clarify questions.  Feel free to inquire if you have questions!

Q: What if I can't find what I want on your website?
A: We try really hard to fit the needs of our customers, and have many connections in the matting industry.  If you are looking for something we do not have listed, let us know and we can get you a price and information.  We're here to help you!

Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Our standard terms are payment in advance, with either check or credit card.  Commercial terms are available with approved credit application.  The following requires payment in advance: Custom mats or Logos.

Q: What kind of warranty do you offer?
A: We are extremely confident about the matting products we offer.  We have always offered a standard 1 year warranty against manufacturers defects on all of our products.  Some products have a longer warranty, which is stated on their product page.
